Onward Search's client, a social media content company, is on the hunt for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer and Animator to join their team. You will be reporting to the Post Production Lead within the Creative Media and Marketing Lead.

Skills:

  • Produce high-quality motion graphics, titles, and animations.
  • Design icons, illustrations, text layout and styling for projects and serve as a creative partner to our creative and design staff.
  • Create mocks, storyboards, sketches and rough animations for visual concepts, layouts, etc. and rapidly iterate on them to explore ideas generate and refine new looks.
  • Meticulously recreate accurate representations of the app and UI and help visualize and animate unreleased UI and products.
  • Meticulously media manage, organize and reduce the size of complex projects.
  • Faithfully and creatively represent the brands in all content.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years experience creating motion graphics, titles and/or animation for commercial agencies or relevant television and film work.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4d, Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Knowledge of Mocha Pro and Sketch are a plus.
  • Experience working for top-tier commercial clients and on major creative campaigns.
  • Exhibits a mastery of design, composition, typography, layout and other aesthetic principles.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design, information hierarchy, and user-flow.
  • A positive, self-motivated individual who can take direction and work collaboratively.
  • Able to work quickly and intuitively balance quality vs. speed to deliver the best results.
  • Bachelor's' Degree in Motion, Design, Animation or related field preferred.
