Onward Search is on the hunt for a Sr. Designer/ Art Director with excellent packaging design experience to join our start-up client in the Cannabis industry.

You'll report to the Creative Director and be responsible for the concept, design, and execution of packaging for variety of products that span food, cosmetics, etc.

You will work with packaging engineers to create new packaging concepts, help with the sourcing of materials, to implement designs that match the overall brand that our client is creating.

We are seeking Sr. Designer/ Art Directors who meet the following requirements:

  • 5+ Yeas experience in design with an emphasis on packaging design
  • Must have strong conceptual ability
  • Must have experience working on new product launches and creating packaging from concept thru production
  • Must be a hands-on designer and who ideally follows the latest trends in branding and packaging
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
