Onward Search is on the hunt for a Senior Designer/ Art Director for our Ad Agency that focuses on social media for entertainment/ music clients and companies.

You'll report to the creative director and be responsible for hands-on design and concepts for social media campaigns across all platforms FB, Snap, Gram, etc.

This is a role that will be client facing. You will help design and pitch your concepts to the client.

We are looking for Sr. Designer/ Art Director Candidates who meet the following requirements:

Requirements:

  • Must be a bright, articulate, self-starter who can take initiative and bring new ideas to the table
  • Must be able to help lead a team of graphic designers
  • Must have a strong art direction and graphic design background
  • Professional, efficient, organized, detail-oriented, have excellent follow-through, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively and to successfully manage concurrent and competing projects
  • You will be expected to adhere to a high level of confidentiality
  • 3-5 years agency experience focused on brands and entertainment-based clients
  • Bachelor's degree required

Skills:

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere is a MUST
  • Must have After Effects experience and be able to animate and design motion graphics for social.
  • Must know Google Suite + Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
