Our client, a live entertainment advertising agency, is seeking a Senior Designer or Art Director to join their team as they scale the agency. This role begins as soon as possible, with a hybrid on/off-site schedule in NYC.

What you'll be doing:

  • Concepting and executing the agency's visual executions working into the ECD and your Copywriter counterpart from strategic concept to execution
  • Design branding and key art at concept level, getting your hands dirty with design when needed
  • Ensure creative and brand translates across all touchpoints (digital, OOH, TV/Video, Print and Social)
  • Develop logo iterations through exploration process
  • Comp for creative executions as needed
  • Manage and help grow the creative team
  • Leverage your strategic chops to help develop unexpected and thoughtful concepts that live anywhere
  • Present the team's concepts to clients as needed
  • Act as a client-facing partner, bringing your client into the process as needed
  • Review materials from the team to ensure messaging are on-brand and are of the highest quality
  • Utilize your experience to provide leadership to the team around you
  • Create and champion style guides
  • Other tasks may apply

About you:

  • 3+ years in an agency design setting having held the position of a Senior Designer across integrated mediums (print, digital, video, web, etc.)
  • Logo design/exploration experience
  • Experience with key art, poster art and production design for print is needed
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Great internal and client presentation skills
  • Have worked in a collaborative setting partnering with digital, TV/Video and media team
