Onward Search is on the hunt for a Sr. Designer/ Art Director who can work autonomously on a face-paced in-house creative team.

You'll work under the supervision of the Creative Manager and be responsible for the design and production of print campaigns including brochures, one-sheets, print ads, email campaigns, and retail materials.

This role is 80% print and 20% digital, the digital being mostly print inspired design - no UI/ UX.

You must be able to work independently, and be able to handle your own print production.

We are seeking Designer/ Art Directors who meet the following requirements:

  • 8+ Years experience designing print/ digital campaigns
  • Must be able to art-direct projects and handle both design and production
  • Must be able to work with minimal direction
  • Must have strong layout and typography skills
  • Must have a pleasant demeanor, be easy-going and able to work quickly/ independently.
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

This is an offsite freelance gig where the hours will flex. You can work your own hours offsite. When you go onsite you will be expected to work normal business hours.
