Our client, a fashion and lifestyle brand, is looking for a Senior Digital Designer / Art Director to join their team onsite on a long-term freelance basis!

You will report to the VP of Creative and be responsible for the following skills and competencies. 


  • Managing and directing daily digital creative projects (landing pages, social media, banner ads, emails, etc...).
  • Leading the creative voice in all digital initiatives.
  • Art Directing campaign visuals, partnering with the VP of Creative to concept campaign themes/direction.
  • Designing hands on for campaigns.
  • Art directing photoshoots (lifestyle and product).
  • Jumping in to design assets when needed to meet deadlines.
  • Participating in and leading creative meetings while participating in marketing meetings as well.


  • 5+ years of design experience and be hands-on with the design.
  • Portfolio showcasing strong digital design and/or art direction experience.
  • Ability to concept both campaigns and stories while creating modern digital solutions.
  • Solid layout skills, understanding of how to build assets for web/dev hand-off.
  • Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop on a Mac.
  • Experience working within a corporate design department with iterative design delivery and approval processes (workflow management) and the ability to flex up quickly with the workload and handle high-pressure design expectations.
  • Strong communication skills and team player attitude - this is a hardworking, small team!
