Onward Search's client, a boutique agency, is looking to bring on a Senior digital designer for a temp to perm opportunity. The agency focuses on marketing for theater and loves performing arts; Entertainment experience is highly preferred. The ideal candidate for this role has experience collaborating and communicating with executive creative directors including directors of production on digital concepts, development and brand ideas and execution of brand campaigns and maintain consistency across all media.


  • Experience partnering with Creative Directors, Designers to make sure the work in on brand.
  • Experience working with content to establish messaging (voice and tone).
  • Able to maintain relationships between digital, motion and production teams to ensure brand campaigns keep consistency.
  • Works with the Digital team (Designers, Developers, Technology Director, and Digital Producers) to the concept and build digital solutions for clients, and ensure all ideas can be executed technically, within budget and time frame.


  • 5+ years of experience producing interactive/digital creative solutions.
  • Expertise in traditional design disciplines such as typography, sketching, grids, imagery, and color.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry tools for developing screen, animation, brand, illustration, and application design.
  • Understand digital disciplines, technologies and best practices in usability, information architecture, UX and responsive design principles.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media channels & digital advertising requirements.
  • Experience with email marketing and social media platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, UX and all web principles.
