Onward Search is looking for a Senior Digital Producer to join our agency client, for a contract-to-hire opportunity that starts within a month.

This is a client-facing role. Our ideal candidate will have a willingness to travel on occasion for client meetings, trade shows and/or conferences.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple digital website projects from start to finish.
  • Project scoping, project planning, client interaction, resource planning & management.
  • Managing a team of producers, designers, and developers; to meet scope, timeline, and quality on digital projects.
  • Estimating, workflow management, risk mitigation, delivery management, and employee performance reviews.
  • Communicating with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Managing agency internal resources (strategy, UX, design, copy, development, QA).
  • Managing external resources (production partners, 3rd party vendors, etc.)

We are seeking a Sr. Digital Producer who meets the following requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Digital Producer or similar role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an agency setting.
  • Experience with the strategy, planning, and implementation of client facing projects.
  • Experience managing multiple digital website projects from start to finish.
  • Experience with team management and client account management.
  • Hands-on background in web development processes and platforms.
  • Understanding of basic HTML5/CSS3 and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc. is preferred.
  • Experience using industry standard PM platforms.
