Onward Search is hiring a Senior Digital Project Manager on a contract-to-hire basis for an Agency client with offices in Atlanta, GA. We're looking for candidates with the following skill set and experience to fill the role.

  • You will be driving a high-performance creative team towards delivering interactive experiences on websites working with the following: Data strategists, experience strategists, content strategists, user experience designers, visual designers, copywriters, and requirements managers.
  • You will ensure the experience design goes through internal and client reviews and sign-off gates; you break down internal silos to bring inputs from different teams when working for a large account.
  • You ensure the experience is documented and handed to a technical team.
  • You will ensure the creative QA of these experiences by working closely with the client team, your creative team, and the third-party tech team.
  • You will enable this through a robust process using tools like Workfront
  • Managing a complex, multi-track project
  • Leading a small-scale program consisting of multiple projects

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with other project and or discipline leaders to drive teams. Builds and structures the project team to ensure maximum performance.
  • Must have experience with Creative teams
  • Structures and manages integrated, multi-track projects and/or programs of multiple projects.
  • Provides purpose, direction, and motivation to the team. Clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria.
  • Project and/or program communications
  • Creation of project deliverables
  • Scope management
  • Development and tracking of integrated project plans
  • Project and/or program issues tracking and management
  • Sets quality and performance standards
  • Maintains project tracking, dashboards, and information systems.
  • Assesses and manages project risk
  • Responsible for ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Manages peer-level client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.).
  • Develops relationships with and ensures the appropriate participation of key client stakeholders and client executives.
  • Provides day-to-day project contact for the client.
  • Leverages best practices and applies lessons learned from previous projects
  • Ensures a positive, collaborative work environment for the team.
  • Manages third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as necessary.
  • Maintains awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions (i.e. news events, trends, mergers, etc.).
  • Works with business unit leadership to pursue, shape, and sell client solutions

Qualifications:

  • Digital Marketing Services background
  • Demonstrated experience with the creation of content-heavy websites, interactive design, and CMS for B2B and B2C
  • The client is high touch, so the candidate should have significant experience working with the client’s day-to-day
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Experience in CSR related initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build crisp and concise PowerPoint slides around a story arc., and you’re a wiz at adapting your message depending on your audience.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to adapt your approach when working with people from different disciplines (technology, creative, data, strategy, and marketing engagement)
  • Expert at juggling a half-dozen things at a time and prioritizing across them as needed.
  • You love problem-solving. You know how businesses work. You get excited about learning the nuances of each client and you bring been there / done that / outside perspectives wherever possible.
