Our client, a leading digital agency in the healthcare space, is looking to add a Senior Digital Strategist to their team. The agency is completely remote until the end of summer and then partial on-site after. This is a permanent position looking to start right away.

What you will be doing:
  • Lead development of CRM program strategy and plans which will include lead generation strategies and conversions
  • Take existing patient journeys and turn into actionable CRM journeys by using existing research and planning for additional research
  • Evolve content strategy for CRM programs
  • Plan for testing to drive optimization of creative and other program
  • Collaborate with internal media specialists to measure CRM programs and grow current tagging and tracking, analyze monthly/quarterly results and create recommendations
  • Collaborate directly with key client stakeholders
  • Create creative briefs to provide direction to developing media assets and CRM programs
  • Work with data specialists to bring CRM plans to life within marketing technology tools, make sure strategy and plans are met
About you:
  • 7-10 years of B2C marketing and CRM program development at an agency, consultancy or within marketing department
  • Familiarity with pharma and/or regulated industries is preferred, but not necessary
  • Must have experience developing strategies and activations across CRM and owned marketing/eCommerce site
  • Initiated, managed and led the creation of deliverables i.e. customer journeys, program strategies, content strategies, data drive communications, etc.
  • Highly competent in independent settings with clients
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis from multiple sources to generate insights
  • Develop marketing and CRM strategy frameworks and comprehensive plans
  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
