Onward Search is on the hunt for a Senior Experiential Designer to join the team of a fast-growing experiential marketing agency. You should be well-rounded with a focus on 3D, rendering, and modeling. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and competencies to fill the role. 


  • Designing drawings, storyboards, mood boards, mockups, and layouts to present concepts.
  • Creating 3D and 2D designs to demonstrate concepts for each project.
  • Presenting research, concepts, and designs to key internal stakeholders as well as to clients.
  • Liaising with internal teams as well as outside printers, contractors, and vendors for completion of designs, build-outs, and activations.
  • Project management of assigned projects.


  • 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, preferably at an agency.
  • Knowledge of the materials and fabrication processes as well as substrates and print techniques, print file prep, proofs, etc.
  • Expert knowledge of SketchUp, Vectorworks, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Google Suite.
  • Cinema 4D and 3D Studio Max are a bonus.
