Our client, an award winning global integrated agency headquartered in NYC is looking for a Senior Experiential Designer

Role summary looking for a talented Senior Experiential Designer with experience in experiential marketing and events sectors. You have the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and work hand in hand with designers, associate creative director, and the creative director

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for the development and execution of creative concepts and ideas for a wide variety of events and brand activations
  • Participate in brainstorm and development of concepts for best in class experiences, client calls, site visits, event setup and onsite creative needs.
  • Generate floor plans, mood boards, renderings, collateral grids and graphic assets for events.
  • Assist Associate Creative Director and manage experiential designers and interns with design updates, production graphics, research, and admin tasks
  • Work with fellow creative, production, and marketing team members to ensure strategic designs that clearly address clients’ business needs
  • Develop templates and presentation for client programs
  • Use your persuasive presentation abilities to engage clients and internal leadership across all project and internal work
  • Manage day to day workflow with direct reports (2-3 ppl) in addition to your own projects and assure client deliverables are being met
  • Other tasks may apply


  • 5+ Years of experience working on a creative team or agency
  • Self-starter with in-depth knowledge of design principles and techniques
  • Good communication skills
  • Expert in problem solving, ability and knowledge to manage up and familiar with executive summaries and presentation
  • Ability to identify and design to budget parameters, how to scale up and value engineer creative
  • Experience as a manager for direct reports across multiple projects
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and flexible
  • Adept at working independently and in a team setting on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledgeable of current design trends
  • Agency experience of 2+ years in a manager role with direct reports preferred
  • BFA/BA
  • Strong graphic and typographic design skills and digital
  • 3D/2D professional skillsets required, experience in development of virtual events, IRL activations and packaging design highly recommended
  • Adobe CC: Photoshop Illustrator, InDesign, 3D and Photoshop renderings are key; SketchUp or other 3D software. Proficiency in KEYNOTE and Mac based, Microsoft Suite
  • Strong print production knowledge
  • Drawing, sketching, fine arts skills
