Onward Search is hiring a Freelance Front-End Developer for a 3-Phase Project (6 months+) with a client located in Sandy Springs

*A true freelancer/consultant is needed, must be available to work 9-5 remotely, on-site occassionaly.

Job Summary:

  • You will be working with a team (Project Manager, UI/UX/Visual Designer, Principal Architect, QA, BA) on building out a responsive web app for a healthcare company.
  • Building out Portals for the healthcare client

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solid creative thinking, executing ideas and being a part of the creative and development process
  • Ability to translate client brand guidelines and marketing strategy into code
  • Knowledge in the development of responsive web apps
  • Convert wireframes in development
  • Identify and recommend coding standards and improvements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar; or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
  • Real-time processing experience
  • Coding for real-time
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in GraphQL preferred
  • Fluent in AWS
  • Fluent in JavaScript
  • Fluent in HTML/CSS
  • Fluent in AngularJS
  • .NET experience is a plus
  • Experience with client-side build pipelines/tooling
  • 5+ years of hands-on coding in a high-performance, scalable environment
  • Solid understanding of core computer science theory
