Our client in Orlando is a boutique full service agency seeking qualified applicants for a full time Sr. Graphic Designer role.

Position Summary:

  • Sr. Designer will conceptualize, design and execute creative and design solutions that consistently and clearly communicate our client’s brand identity, positioning and messaging through all deliverable touch points (website, print, email, social media, marketing collateral, internal marketing, etc.)
  • Successfully and effectively commands a wide range of design capabilities and experience with the ability to take projects from inception to completion

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design compelling and impactful projects from inception and completion, while working closely with Creative Director and other staff designers
  • Work closely with and collaborate with project associated departments and Project Managers
  • Interpret client needs and develops concepts to adhere to specific guidelines, while working within budget and timeline constraints
  • Provide production support in updating and revising existing marketing efforts
  • Ability to present concepts and designs in an impactful way
  • Generate innovative design executions that communicate compelling benefits and deliver strong conversion metrics
  • Desire to work on a myriad of verticals and project deliverables
  • Conceptualize, design and produce an array of print and online direct marketing communications including emails, landing pages, banner ads, websites, letters, infographics, brochures and other initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Ability to listen to and synthesize needs
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
  • Ability to prioritize and work in an energetic & fast paced environment
  • Possess an eye for detail and a variety of design styles
  • Self-starter and quick learner
  • Can work both independently and in a team
  • Demonstrated ability to focus and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Lead and give direction to junior designers
  • Current Portfolio!


  • 4-5 years in an agency setting
  • 4-5 years of design experience for web and print, clean and modern aesthetic
  • Excellent design skills in relation to typography, layout and composition
  • Committed to meeting deadlines; skilled at handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Works well in an agile, fast moving team environment
