Designing direct mail, outdoor advertising and print advertising.
Leading design initiatives for events (including booth graphics).
Managing graphics and production workflow.
Collaborating with marketing teams and outside agencies for event materials, advertising and marketing campaigns.
Meeting with clients, Project Managers, Art Directors and Creative Director to determine the scope of any given project.
Developing templates and style guidelines for marketing materials to ensure consistency and compliance with established brand standards.
Sr. Graphic Designer Requirements:
4+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong digital/social media focus.
Excellent design (digital/print), layout, and typography skills.
Strong conceptual skills—ability to concept and share ideas in an open team environment.
Expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Working knowledge of the graphics production processes, including pre-flighting of artwork, understanding digital workflow and digital color.
Understanding and some experience in advertising and marketing communications highly preferred.
Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD and InVision a plus!
Video/motion graphics capabilities a plus!
