Our client, a company in the travel industry, is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join their team for an onsite opportunity in Miami, FL.

This person is who lives and breathes designing persuasive and inspirational marketing material. We want you to be excited about coming to work every day. You’ll be designing about breathtaking destinations, legendary service, and life-changing travel experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of projects with a high-quality design aesthetic

  • Develop and execute concepts and assets for dynamic digital and print: website pages, online and printed brochures, direct mail, emails, promos, banners.

  • Ensure brand standards are consistent across all assets (inclusive of font, style, composition, colors, etc.)

  • Stay current with web, graphic and typographic trends to present new ideas

  • Collaborate and work closely with the marketing team to ensure key objectives are met while ensuring brand consistency

  • Simple video editing – to adapt existing professional video material for various communication channels

  • Update company website with images/video/content as directed

  • Organize & maintain Company’s Video, Email Marketing, and Image Library

  • Negotiate and manage external vendors eg printers

  • Manage an additional designer, over time

  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders both verbally and written

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in graphic/visual design within a fashion, luxury, premium travel, or relevant agency setting

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Digital media, video editing skills and use of media editing tools such as Adobe Premiere or After Effects.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/UX and WordPress is ideal

  • Strong proficiency in mobile and tablet design as well as desktop

  • An excellent understanding of layout and typography, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work within brand guidelines

  • Able to develop on-brand, contemporary and distinctive designs with input from marketing leadership

  • Ability to balance design with operational/business needs resulting in exceptional designs and an improved customer/user experience

  • Positive, flexible, motivated and well organized to thrive in a small team, in a growing organization where a high level of initiative is required.
