Our client, a Studio, is seeking a Senior Integrated Media Planning/Strategy Manager to join the team. We are looking for candidates with the following skillset and experience to fill the role. 

You will report to the SVP Media & Marketing Strategy and be responsible for:

  • Lead integrated media strategy and analytics for domestic theatrical releases with a focus will be driving and executing innovative and effective media strategies across a robust mix of channels including TV, print, out-of-home, radio, and digital including social, search, and performance marketing to drive awareness and box office.
  • Managing media agencies and other partners to achieve objectives directing their efforts in planning, buying and day-to-day duties on films
  • Collaborate with other departments including publicity, creative and distribution as an integral part of the overall domestic Theatrical Marketing team.
  • Manage media planning, execution, and analytics on 8-10 titles a year for all theatrical releases and awards season campaigns
  • Partner with SVP Media and Research for the overall budgeting, strategic initiatives, and media mix for all theatrical releases
  • Collaborate within Theatrical Marketing team to incorporate media into film marketing strategies as well as share learnings from research and analytics to be used cross-department
  • Present media plans to filmmakers and senior executives
  • Coordinate creative deliverables within the department, as well as with agencies & vendors
  • Oversee creative trafficking of materials and assets across all media types
  • Seek and evaluate strategic media opportunities, highlighting first to market executions
  • Monitor and analyze competitive media and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6-10 years of experience in media plan management in TV, print, social and digital from a film company or agency having worked for a film studio client
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Adaptive to a highly fluid and ever-changing environment
  • A dynamic personality who can manage confidently and provide point-of-view on various media in the marketplace
  • A passionate, creative media advocate with a particular interest in specialized film
