The Senior Mobile UX Designer will be leading the mobile application experience approach for client's account servicing mobile application. In order to expedite handoff to the tech dev partners, two teams of UX and Design will be owning different feature sets that will need to work seamlessly together as a template that can be deployed across client's product portfolio and extend the design patterns established in the new .com/.net redesigns to the mobile app channel. The existing app services layer will need to be translated into a modern, accessible, best-in-class experience for iOS and Android devices and reflect the new brand identity rollout.

Figma, application architecture, interaction annotations, strategic recommendations, and consulting, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, finance experience

The mobile app is targeted for a rapid deployment in Q1 2022 with the goal of being available in the app store(s) by March. The team will scale up into multiple design pods supported by a copywriter to parallel path the feature set development and incremental handoffs to the development partner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating a set of native apps—needs to have native mobile and app design with a product background.
  • On the UX side have a bit of design sense
  • Figma is the primary software---if you have XD and Sketch that works as well
  • Not client facing on a regular basis.
  • Accessibility a plus
  • Round of research and recurring research
