Our client, a leading mid-sized ad agency in New York City, is looking for a Senior Paid Social Media Manager with Advertising agency experience. This role begins on-site in New York City ASAP.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the integrated team in developing strategic recommendations on how to support initiatives across Paid Social, using the client's goals as a framework for decisions.
  • Operate as the key liaison to your clients, agency team and partners for all things related to your social programs.
  • Set, implement and monitor all campaign executions. This includes but is not limited to KPIs, reporting, evaluating performance and providing recommendations during and after campaign completion.
  • Work with the internal media team to develop top-performing digital media solutions.
  • Partner with both your internal media team and the social platforms themselves to ensure that campaigns are executed as intended and optimized as needed.
  • Develop relationships with your internal creative teams and external partners to ensure that integrated campaigns are being executed to their greatest potential.
  • Develop, monitor and own the Paid Social budget from start to finish of each project.
  • Stay current on all social trends ensuring that they are brought to your projects as opportunities arise.

About you:

  • 4-6 years of Paid Social Media campaign direction and active management of channels in an Advertising agency.
  • Mastery of full social ecosystem including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
  • Strong experience with Paid Social Media strategy, advertising formats, media, and creative measurement, etc.
  • Expertise with Paid Social advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook Business Manager, etc.), ad units, targeting, custom audience development, budgets, social partners and more.
  • Strong passion for the Social Media landscape.
  • Bonus if the experience with Google Analytics, Sprinkler, HootSuite, Salesforce, Facebook Blueprint Cert. and Twitter Flight School.
  • You are extremely organized and have strong attention to detail.
  • You can work in a highly collaborative environment with many stakeholders, but also able to work independently when needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
