Onward Search is on the hunt for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with an expertise in Paid Social Media to join the team of a fast-growing eCommerce beauty company.
Head-up budget, strategy, creative, and reporting for all digital performance media
Manage media spend and optimization across all channels including paid social, SEM, display/DSP, influencer, affiliate and direct to publisher
Partner with leadership to plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly P&Ls
Oversee and train three entry-level employees
Bring in new media partnerships
Create the digital marketing scorecard, track & report on the strategy/results, and provide recommendations to improve performance
Lead daily actives to ensure metrics are met or exceeded
Collaborate with the creative team to develop videos and ads for campaigns
Present to the executive team on a regular basis
Plan and execute A/B testing
5-8 years’ experience in digital performance marketing, managing a team in B2C and eCommerce environments
Background with 80% of responsibilities in Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram). YouTube is a plus!
Currently managing budgets of $1.5M+ a month, with about $1M of it coming from Facebook
Bachelor’s degree (preference for quant backgrounds: math, economics, etc.); MBA or other master’s degree preferred
Expert in optimization strategies and leveraging data across all media channels, mainly paid social
Proven track record of channel expansion
Strong knowledge and experience in attribution models, LTV, ROAS, and media payback models
5+ years’ experience with all Paid Social, SEM, native, and demand-side platforms as well as influencer programs
Proficient in pixels & Google Tag Manager
Expert in web tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimizely, Shopify, Facebook Analytics, and Google Merchant Center
Fluency in media buying metrics like CAC/CPA, ROAS/ROI, LTCV, Media Payback Windows, Attribution Models
