Our client, a live entertainment advertising agency, is seeking a Senior Integrated Producer to join their team as they scale up. This role is currently remote and begins immediately. Candidates must be local to the NYC area as work will resume on-site in August.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and deliver all agency production requirements across content capture for video, radio, print, digital and social
  • Work with the agency creative teams to understand their creative vision ensuring this is translated in briefs to external production vendors
  • Evaluate and negotiate with external vendors on budgets to make sure that the creative vision is executed in budget
  • Develop and own production budgets and estimates, ensuring creative and account teams are brought along in the process and bought in
  • Build and execute contracts with external vendors and talent
  • Lead coordination and communication with various production departments including crew, wardrobe, talent, HMU, etc.
  • Find and manage all talent that is on and off camera including but not limited to voice-over actors, video actors and performers. You will be the lead on these relationships with the business affairs team to ensure that all paperwork and payments are executed as needed
  • Bring in and develop your database of production vendors including videographers, photographers, and additional talent
  • Source and oversee a freelance (and potentially full-time) Production Coordinator that will support with all logistics, coordination, etc.
  • Champion the agency process and ensure that routine procedures are adhered to
  • Take projects all the way from inception through handoff to external partners
  • Some line producing, talent and location scouting may be necessary
  • Other tasks may apply

About you:

  • 5+ years of integrated production in an agency environment
  • Deep understanding and experience around all kinds of content capture, video, audio, print, digital
  • Experience sourcing, evaluating, booking and managing relationships with external production vendors
  • Experience working with on and off-camera talent including celebrities
  • Ability to develop production budgets in partnership with the account teams based on creative vision
  • Ability to understand and support the realization of creative visions
  • Ability to problem-solve on the fly
