Our client, a healthy living and life management product and content company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their team for a direct hire position.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with your team to build online communities which provide users with guidance and inspiration through their path to wellness
  • You will work with an integrated team of Researchers, Designers, Product managers and Engineers to understand how the target behaves, what motivates them and how to establish benchmarks/goals to achieving desired success
  • Discover and apply the learned insights to build concepts and designs across a range of different product touchpoints (groups, profile, content creative and notifications to name a few)

Requirements:

  • 6+ years working as a Product Designer at an agency, in-house, or start-up
  • Solid portfolio with a range of work - you can walk through your process
  • Experience with UI and UX, you know how to gather product requirements, leverage user research in your design, identify problems and use the user as a way to develop your recommendations
  • Your book is full of elegant and compelling designs
  • Well-versed in mobile and web interactions (micro), and bring a perspective on how to improve upon them
  • Bring speed to prototyping, not afraid to make last-minute tweaks between user studies, and can bring a polished product to the table
  • You can go from greenfield exploration and tactical, iterative designs
  • You are able to analyze data, conduct and dig into interviews, research and translate your insights into actionable prototypes, layouts and final designs
  • You have designed for both consumer and internal facing audiences
