Our client, a Broadcast Network, is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Analytics to join the team. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and competencies to fill the role. 

You will report to the Associate Director, Product and be responsible for:

Skills:

  • Lead the vision for Analytics implementation across all Web, Mobile, and OTT products in collaboration with Digital Analytics, Strategy, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Data Services teams.
  • Be a proactive partner and leader in identifying and designing solutions to business challenges.
  • Own, maintain and communicate a clear product development roadmap in a way that's linked to business needs and ensures efficient and focused use of development resources.
  • Serve as Product Owner in multiple Agile Scrum teams by understanding business stakeholder needs and translating into prioritized User Stories and Acceptance Criteria that guide developers and testers to implement credible and valuable analytics.
  • Manage the product backlog and roadmap as well as the priorities of engineering, internal partners, third-party vendors, design and marketing to deliver effective and timely solutions while balancing technical dependencies, resourcing and other constraints.
  • Partner with other Product and Project Managers to implement Analytics within the Digital Platforms.
  • Prioritize new analytics and bug fixes to generate new user behavior insights and improve data quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-6 years of Product Management experience managing Web, Mobile, and/or OTT consumer-facing applications in a fast-paced, data-driven business.
  • 2+ years of Software Development experience in an object-oriented programming language.
  • Experience implementing Analytics tracking and tagging specifications preferably with Segment or Adobe that capture user behavior and generate valuable insights.
  • In-depth experience using Agile Scrum to deliver business value with increasing Success Rate and Velocity.
  • Experience translating complex Business Requirements into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria that Developers and Testers love.
  • Experience motivating sprint teams towards larger strategic goals.
  • Experience understanding, providing feedback upon and occasionally troubleshooting software implementation details with developers and testers.
  • Experience using web proxy tools to inspect analytics calls sent by devices.
  • Experience implementing Marketing capabilities such as mobile attribution, push/in-app messaging, audience targeting is a plus.
  • Experience implementing Experimentation Capabilities using A/B/MVT platforms such as Optimizely is a plus.
