Onward Search has an amazing new opportunity with a big client in Chicago, IL. This opportunity is for a Product Manager that can start immediately onsite. In this role, you will be accountable for working with the technology teams to bring the voice of the customer into the product features, ensure that features delivered are aligned with the intended business outcomes, and align work with the target architecture road map.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate the Payments Roadmap and Vision to the technology team
  • Become the voice of the business and customer for the team
  • Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design
  • Ensure a healthy backlog by regularly grooming intent with the team
  • Prioritize the Product Backlog to maximize on business and customer outcomes
  • Define acceptance criteria for work and accept user stories
  • Work closely with other teams and the Product Owner community
  • Support team with escalation and resolution of impediments
  • Collaborate with the team
  • Play a key role in key Agile and SAFe ceremonies
  • Other responsibilities as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience is a must
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred
  • MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • At least 4 years of experience in Agile product management
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital product management
