Onward Search is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator for one of our Fortune 500 Pharma clients in New York City. As a Project Coordinator, you will develop project timelines and track project progress and work with project teams to identify and address critical path or roadblock issues. This candidate must also have a background working with Computer Generated Images.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience.
  • Experience working with Computer Generated Images.
  • Gantt chart development skills required.
  • Previous experience in consumer products, pharma, or medical devices preferred.
  • Project management training and excellent planning and project management skills preferred.
  • Project management certification a plus but not required.
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Project and any other work management tools preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with creative abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one.
