Our client, an award-winning creative agency, is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This job is fully remote and begins ASAP.

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan projects and resources, facilitate the day-to-day workflow and culture of collaboration, and will be a champion for high-quality work and always in pursuit of improvement
  • Ability to identify risks and are able to develop contingency plans
  • Create, implement, and manage multiple project plans and making sure the deliverables are complete and the highest quality possible
  • Collaborate with Account teams in the monitoring and communicating project status
  • In charge of setting internal meetings and making sure all necessary team members are there
  • Make sure that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and known both internally and externally
  • Manage freelance resource and work with internal teams to track & manage costs, as well as supporting candidate selection
  • Works with Account, Creative and Planning to resolve all project-related issues
  • Supports creative advocacy and builds strong team relationships
  • Work on SOWS and budgets to ensure their profitability
  • Help prepare project proposals, schedules, and budget estimates
  • Serve as mentor to junior team members

About you:

  • 3-5 years of agency experience as a Project or Resource Manager
  • Have owned multi-faceted project workstreams from start to finish
  • Can decipher multiple team inputs and evaluate the best option
  • Comfortable and confident being client-facing
  • Experience mentoring interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communicator and highly organized
  • A leader who creates, manages, and expands an environment that enables great work and ideas to flourish
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital and social media marketing
  • Demonstrated expertise in creative and executing integrated solutions including digital marketing, websites, social, video, OOH, print, retail, direct mail and mail
  • Highly collaborative and great team player
  • Has entrepreneurial spirit
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment
