Onward Search is on the hunt for a Senior Retail Designer to join the team of a smart home security client for a 3 month assignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conception, design, and production of materials for retail such as displays, POS, in-store signage, and packaging
  • Create concepts, sketches, graphics, and high-fidelity executions in support of in-store experiences, packaging, brand, event, and marketing campaigns
  • In collaboration with the team, build and develop the visual perception of the brand
  • Present ideas to senior leadership with the ability to clearly explain the creative methodology

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience designing in a retail capacity with demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Must have experience designing packaging and retail print materials, 3D design skills are a bonus
  • Aesthetic that is clear and concise, great with the scaling of words and images
  • Ability to create mechanicals and pre-flight files
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
