Onward Search is looking for a sharp and experienced Sales Coordinator for a newly created role based on team growth and a new organizational structure. This role will support our clients US field sales teams, which include the Regional Sales Directors of the East and West regions and our Strategic Accounts team. We need someone who will sales support experience to help us grow!


Skills:

  • Project management of business development or transformation efforts.
  • Support quota development and planning and regional strategy development.
  • Operating review preparation.
  • Triage departmental requests requiring information from Relationship Managers. Examples include Net Promoter Score coordination, analysis, and response, pilot initiatives, and new product opportunities.
  • Coordination and planning of marketing events, regional sales meetings, and client visits.
  • Support meetings, information gathering, and internal communication from key strategic clients.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales coordination experience. Professional services environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word/Office, and WebEx.
  • Proficient in Oracle, Salesforce, or other sales force automation systems.
  • Ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to create administrative systems
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
