Senior UX Content Strategist

Onward Search needs a UX Writer for our Healthcare Insurance client.  As part of the CX Digital Omni (CXDO) team this position will play a critical role to guide the Consumer/User Experience for multiple care navigation initiatives. 

In this role, you will work closely with CXDO functions and teams, Business (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) & Technology (Development, Platforms, API, Analytics, Data) teams in a cross-functional capacity. 

Responsibilities will include developing copy/content for various omni channel user experiences, features and capabilities across different channels – Web, App, Email, SMS and others.

This is a 6 – 12 month contract opportunity. 

Requirements: 
Healthcare, insurance or financial background  and at least 5 years of experience writing transactional UX copy within a UX team for digital (websites, mobile, email etc)
Must have 4 years of experience working in Agile enviroment
