Our client, an online fashion retailer in the luxury space, is looking to bring on a new Senior member of the UX Design team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive initiatives for the UX team within the company including partnerships with the design, eCommerce, marketing teams, etc.
  • Help provide learning to other functions of the company as to how UX supports the company's goals
  • Continually improve upon the both consumer-facing application and website, and the internal tools the company is using
  • Support the company's expansion across new demographics, products and internationally to new markets
  • Act as a senior member of the design team, collaborating with your UX counterparts and designers to iterate upon new and existing products
  • Participate in daily scrums with the UX team, and weekly scrums in partnership with the tech and design leads on the project

About you:

  • Senior level experience in UX design 8-10 years
  • Have run full-cycle product development in-house (not only agency)
  • Expert knowledge of UX design software
  • Experience working with Abstract version control software
  • Must have a strong foundation and interest in design
  • Have experience working with complex information architecture, and globalized UX platforms
  • You have iterated upon existing products to drive improvement
  • Must have a high level grasp on the difference between UX vs. visual design
  • Strong understanding of Information Architecture and how to apply in your role
  • Must be able to present your work well with rationale
  • Masters degree in design is a like to have


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
