Onward Search is on the hunt for a Sr. UX Designer to join our Ad Agency client for a contract-to-hire position that starts within 1-2 weeks.

This position will go FT for the right person and is almost entirely an offsite position. The company is over 200 people, and it is a remote company. You will need to go onsite for interviews with other folks on the creative team for project kick-offs and brainstorms occasionally.

You'll report to the Director of Product and be responsible for the UX Design of e-commerce, and enterprise content sites. This is a client-facing opportunity where you will work hand-in-hand with the client to identify business objectives, challenges, and translate their needs into UX solutions.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Must have a solid understanding of UX and be able to work collaboratively with design, UX, strategy, and research teams.
  • Must be able to explain the "why" of your designs to non-UX/ design people.
  • Must be client facing.
  • Prefer candidates who are proficient in Axure.
  • Must be able to work autonomously and offsite.
