Our client, a spectacular corporation within the luxury travel and tourism industry, with a culture first mentality is looking for a talented and experienced Sr. UX Researcher to join their team for a freelance to possible full-time ONSITE opportunity in Miami, FL.


  • Create user experience for company website
  • Collaborate with the UX team to strategize, conceptualize, design wireframes and prototype ideas in a sprint environment
  • You will be in charge of research, ideation, wireframes, user flow


  • 3-5 years’ experience planning, conducting, analyzing and reporting on user studies for discovery and evaluation; comfortable facilitating interviews.
  • Expertise with a range of user research methods used to gather qualitative and quantitative data (discovery & strategic research, contextual interviews, formative and summative usability testing, focus groups, card sorting, survey development, secondary research analysis, competitive analysis, etc.) Demonstrated experience with early-stage research to inform product and UX strategy is a plus.
  • Degree in Psychology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Digital Media, Human Factors, Cognitive Science related discipline or equivalent experience. Master’s degree a plus.
  • Proficient in Invision or a similar platform for creating prototypes
  • The desire to continually stay current with technology, trends, tools and industry standards in UX, usability and user research.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, outstanding writing and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to a group.
  • Experience with e-commerce is a PLUS
