We are looking for Sr. designer be responsible for developing and/or refining interactive solutions that optimize the user experience across multiple platforms; creating wireframes, sitemaps, user flows and comps; developing user interfaces; and working with a collaborative team of creative directors, copywriters, designers, developers, project leaders and internal stakeholders. This role sits on the global creative team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Web/Mobile/Intranet User Interface Design
  • A strong solutions portfolio of user interface work
  • Strong knowledge of digital design UX strategies and trends across web and mobile platforms
  • Understanding of the value of solutions that appropriately balance ease of use, elegant design, user behavior and emotional engagement
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to think creatively and experienced at communicating and justifying solutions at a strategic level
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrates use of metrics, requirements, constraints, and creativity to provide optimal solutions
  • Proven ability to work with UI and backend developers execute best design solutions within web technology constraints
  • Strong verbal and written ability to communicate the value of UI design to product, business, and technology leaders
  • Ability to mentor colleagues
