Onward Search has an exciting opportunity for an established Web Designer working with one of our top clients in Richmond, VA. Ideal candidate will have prior knowledge or experience working in design research and part of a UX design team. Win this role you will collaborate with talented partners from product, tech, ops, and analytics to create elegant, simple products, features, and services that can make a positive impact on the lives of both our agents and current customers.   • Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Science, Design or related field
  • At least 1 years of full-time experience with design research or at least 1 years of full-time experience on a UX or experience design team
  • Advanced Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Science, Design or related Field
  • 2+ years of full-time experience with design research
  • 2+ years of usability testing and user experience research within a lab environment
  • 2+ years of experience designing for digital products and interactions
