Our client, a leader in the insurance industry, is looking for a Senior Web Product Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position and looks to start ASAP. Must be local to NYC and comfortable going into the hybrid office environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage project plans and schedules for the delivery of digital experiences.
  • Maintain website roadmap and a backlog of products that align with cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Lead discovery sessions.
  • Provide industry experience to solve complex digital challenges.
  • Work with team members across the organization to enable digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of UX, UI, SEO, content, and other key stakeholders to develop web experiences.
  • Present and communicate to leadership across the organization.
  • Work with internal performance analytics team to report on key performance and insights. that inform enhancements.
  • Work with team members to develop, conduct, and assess onsite testing strategies.
  • Other tasks may apply.

About you:

  • 4+ years of experience building end-use consumer products.
  • High-level understanding and experience with web product management (UX, UI, Content, SEO, HTML, coding principles, etc.).
  • Experience with AEM, Vignette, or other CMS systems.
  • Experience and thrive in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale web programs at a large organization.
  • Knowledge of offsite and onsite testing best practices.
  • Able to use data and consumer insights to make strategic decisions.
  • Strong presentation and communications skills.
