Onward search is seeking an SEO Manager to join the team of our nationwide online printer client. 

Ideal candidate has the ability to solely manage SEO and implement SEO strategy.

You will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for:

  • Overall SEO strategy and implementation including building outreach programs, keyword planning, site structure, deep linking, indexing, and formulating advertising offers
  • Interpreting data from Google Analytics and Studio and using it to improve performance
  • Hands-on optimization including improving site structure, page construction, content, keyword lists, and SEO copywriting
  • Researching, identifying and establishing partnerships with authoritative web sites for linkbuilding
  • Optimizing PPC keywords
  • Managing SEO campaigns including generating ranking reports and performing site audits
  • Reviewing and expanding existing marketing models for lead generation purposes
  • Working closely with the web designers to produce high quality landing pages, micro sites and HTML emails


  • 4-7+ years of experience in SEO and implementing SEO strategy, preferably in an in-house environment
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the SEO marketplace
  • Hands-on experience with backlinking, meta tags, title tags, and URL structuring
  • Solid knowledge of SEO standards and best practices
  • Ability to write effective marketing copy and headlines
  • Prior experience producing landing pages, micro sites and HTML emails
  • Expert with Google Analytics and Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Google Data Studio, Bing Webmaster tools, SEMrush
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM), Amazon Seller Central, and Dreamweaver skills are a plus
  • Consumer products experience is a huge bonus
