RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own strategic discovery projects to increase customer conversion and engagement across the PAE org
  • Manage, plan, coordinate and execute content selection and merchandising with goals of driving customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Conceive and write promotional copy pertaining to a piece of content or a selection, leveraging product expertise for on-site and email promotions and programs
  • Measure the impact of campaigns and execute on changes to further drive increased customer acquisition conversions and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with core PAE Marketing to strategize upcoming launches
  • Build a mechanism to improve customer experience on item page, category page, search page
  • Build a mechanism for reporting, accelerate adoption and find a way to scale the programs
  • Create guidelines to have consistency with all page, promotion, and store content
  • Develop, execute, and analyze creative test plans for marketing channels
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of key merchandising campaigns

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Professional experience in an online, retail, e-commerce environment
  • Strong organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results.
  • A self-starter, creative thinker, and quick learner.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
