Global Agency with a focus on Social Media, is looking to hire a talented Social Media focused Art Director/Senior Designer with strong Motion abilities, who is a strategic-thinker, comfortable presenting work to clients and can roll up their sleeves and be hands-on with Design + Motion projects as needed! The right candidate will know the in's and out's when it comes to all social platforms and consistently strive for perfection and be able to report into, and serve as more of a partner, to the Creative Director.

Requirements + Responsibilities:

  • 6+ years of experience working in a creative function within a digital or advertising agency environment
  • Strong conceptual abilities as an Art Director, but also a 'can-do' attitude and comfortable being hands-on as needed
  • Experienced with everything from mock-ups, pitches, production work, retouching, shooting/editing videos, design, photography, etc.
  • Can work with briefs that include very little information from clients and run with it
  • Proactive and looking for opportunities to push creative boundaries
  • Ability to oversee client output and communicate work to clients professionally and clearly
  • Video shooting capabilities and experience working on set at photoshoots
  • Up to date across social media platforms and design trends
  • After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro
  • A plus: Sketch, Unity, Cinema 4D
