Our client, a leading entertainment company, is seeking a Social Media Graphic Designer for part-time freelance work off-site. This person will help drive editorial, social and marketing projects.

This person must be able to attend occasional meetings on-site in Burbank.


  • Working with a wildly creative in-house central "agency."
  • Work will include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat graphics.
  • Work will include banners, motion graphics, memes and everything in between.
  • Work may also include logo design, web page mockups, and branding packages.
  • Will need to work with several established brands, all with different looks, assets, logos, etc.
  • Knowledge of pop culture (TV, pop music, fandoms, celebrity, internet culture) is a plus.
  • Starting at 20 hours/week, flexible about which hours as long as deadlines are met.
  • In the Burbank office only for meetings and brainstorms.
  • Creating banners and flat social assets.
  • Making memes, Stories, and other social motion graphics.
  • Creating graphics/visuals for use in short pop culture videos.
  • Creating logos and web page mockups for new site launches.
  • Thinking creatively, collaborating with peers, and communicating best practices.
  • Whatever else comes up, honestly. And a lot comes up.


  • Ability to craft graphics that pop in a social/online environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with professional social graphic design.
  • Skills with Photoshop and other creative suite apps.
  • Knowledge of pop culture, meme culture, and current trends in social media.
