Onward Search's client, a boutique agency in NYC, is looking to bring on a Social Media Executive to join their team on a temp to hire basis. The ideal candidate for this role will have had experience creating all content for social media posts as well as managing/tracking Facebook analytics.


  • Creating and scheduling content for social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Manage overall day-to-day account maintenance.
  • Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Reviewing and reporting on client’s performance across social media.
  • Attend client meetings to understand their business and their needs.
  • Supporting the team when preparing pitches and presentations.
  • Provide solutions for better quality client service with a keen eye for detail; continuously strive to exceed client expectations.


  • 1-3 years of prior experience.
  • Agency experience is required.
  • Team player and multi-tasker.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong business leadership and management skills.
  • Familiarity with Advertising processes.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
