Onward Search is on the hunt for a Social Media Coordinator / Manager to join the team of a growing integrated marketing firm.

Skills:

  • Oversee all social media clients and advise on content, strategy, promotions, & advertising.
  • Develop, manage, proofread and publish daily content and online events for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Pinterest.
  • Manage client social media ad campaigns.
  • Create monthly analytic reports on audience growth, top performer tactics, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage two direct reports (a Coordinator and Specialist) as well as the creative team with social photo shoots and/or design work.
  • Organize influencer lists and manage outreach for campaign initiatives.
  • Provide social media creative input for new business proposals and lead the client’s social pitching efforts.
  • Promote and support their internal social media including their blog, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Daily monitoring of all social properties.
  • Review posts before they go live to proofread and ensure appropriate brand voice and design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-6 years of social media management experience (a majority of the experience should be on the agency side).
  • Advanced on social media platforms and scheduling tools such as Facebook and Instagram ad buying, Sprout Social, and Sketchagram.
  • Must be personally active on social media.
  • Experience in the CGP and/or food industry is a huge plus.
