Our client, a boutique agency in Miami is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join their team on a contract to hire basis.

In this role, you will work closely with team on all social content, creating calendars, managing influencers and more.


  • Support the Day-to-day social media activity by writing, copy editing, and proofreading
  • Create and Manage editorial calendar
  • Deliver actionable insights, specific recommendations on how to improve social activity by monitoring and analyzing brand conversations
  • Enhance digital communications to better engage our social media communities
  • Manage online discussions by listening and responding to users, where appropriate, in a timely and authentic manner
  • Research and identify social media best practices and relevant brand examples within the space
  • Collaborates with graphic designer and team to ensure a cohesive social media identity for various brands
  • Identify opportunities to develop and implement programs that drive audience engagement and acquisition
  • Setup daily tasks and activity for all social media outlets
  • Keep track of social media trends and competition
  • Monitor all comments and feedback across all platforms 


  • 3-5 years’ experience in the social and digital space
  • Solid understanding and actively engaged in using social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent preferred
  • Agency exp. a huge plus!
  • Bilingual a Plus!
