Our client, a leading technology social media solutions company, is looking for a Freelance Social Media Manager to support in a full-time on-going basis. This is a fully remote role that begins ASAP. Candidates must have their own computer for the project.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning and executing the company's social media presence across all relevant channels including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, SnapChat, Twitter, etc.
  • Develop and deliver content and conversation calendars
  • Create content across post writing, graphic design and photo editing in Adobe creative suite
  • Acquiring imagery and rights for content to be used across channels
  • Post and monitor content, pulling insights to inform future executions
  • Participate in social media conversations with users that engage with the brand on it's channels
  • Develop paid promotional programs and implement them
  • Work with senior leadership to develop their social brand through the company channels
  • Compile and present analytics to demonstrate the success of programs and recommend improvements
  • Leverage all social media monitoring and execution tools to enhance the work
  • Other tasks may apply

About you:

  • 1-3 years of experience (internships will count) in paid and owned social media accounts
  • Must have examples of social channels (professional and personal) that have a following of 10k or more. Must be able to show channel growth
  • Must have creative design chops (Photoshop/Illustrator) and writing ability
  • Have built one or more social media channels for a brand, agency or yourself
  • The drive and interest to stay up to date on the latest in social media including features, apps, tools, techniques, etc.
  • Expertise in social media best practices
  • A passion for social media
