Our client, a social media content company, is on the hunt for a Social Media Manager to join their team.

You will work on the consumer marketing team and be responsible for the following skills and competencies.


  • Develop and execute the social media content strategy for our content streaming shows platform.
  • Working with episodes that are 3-5 minutes long, cut for vertical video and are designed to be “hyper-visual,” featuring motion graphics, split screens, quick cuts and other effects.
  • Partner with other internal teams such as Design, Creative Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, and Partnerships to develop and execute the Fall Shows social media content strategy.
  • Focus on developing an overall framework for social media postings, curating and producing content, optimizing platform media strategy and ensuring viewers tune in.


  • 4-6 years of relevant social media experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in curating and producing custom content for social media platforms.
  • Experience in building active and engaged social media communities across all platforms.
  • Ability to build a content framework that can be shared across all stakeholders and clarify what, when, how and why to post across each platform.
  • Demonstrated experience working with talent to create and build content for all platforms
  • A deep understanding of each social media platform.
  • A strong track record for project management and execution.
  • Digital platform/app marketing experience is a plus along with direct response and performance marketing experience.
  • Strategic thinker who enjoys obsessing over consumer behavior to identify new ways to connect with consumers / future users.
  • Superior customer service mentality and ability to maximize internal and stakeholder relationships across teams to plan and drive business goals.
  • Able to tactfully bridge priorities between different stakeholders.
  • A creative thinker who has lots of ideas and sees solutions when most would not.
