Onward Search is on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager who has managed the execution and optimization of social ad campaigns to join our client's in-house marketing agency for a 3-month contract assignment that could extend.

You will partner with our client's Digital Strategist and proactively plan the executions of social media campaigns.


  • Know our brands and manage timelines to ensure that all stakeholders in the content creation, approval, and deployment process have the time they need to be successful.
  • Deploy campaigns (content/ads) in social media channels.
  • Plan and optimize social media buys.
  • Appropriately tag social media content for analysis.
  • Analyze and on report social media content.
  • Manage consumer feedback in social channels.
  • Ensure that the right data is getting to the right people to analyze and report performance.
  • Support strategist in the management of budgets.
  • Proactively keep up with the latest digital trends and social platforms.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the agency’s culture and standards of quality.
  • Own our social media channels process and procedures: Promotion, listening, administration, tagging, etc.


  • 3+ Years experience placing, managing, and optimizing social media buys.
  • Prefer candidates who have worked for an ad agency or media agencies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience creating consumer-facing communications.
  • Understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of Sprinklr, SalesForce or another social media management platform.
  • Experience with social media campaigns, trends, and measurement approaches.
  • Strong understanding of
    • Digital media planning, buying, and optimization
    • SEO/SEM strategies, tactics, and best practices
    • Analytics, data interpretation and developing reporting models
  • Experience responding to customer feedback and crisis management in social channels.
  • Proven problem-solving skills at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods experience is a plus.
