Our client located in Downtown Chicago is seeking a Paid Social Media Planner/Analyst to be a part of their team. In this role you will build, analyze and support social campaigns, provide strategic direction and regular reporting. You will have a strong understanding of digital media, and leveraging a variety of ad types to impact and drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Own campaign trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting and reporting for a variety of accounts
  • Create, monitor and brainstorm advertising campaigns across various social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and Snapchat
  • Provide optimization on campaigns along with making improvement recommendations to the advertiser or agency
  • Monitor daily campaign pacing and performance to exceed KPIs
  • Manage communications with the internal team and client

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or an equivalent field
  • 2-4 years of direct digital or social media experience is required
  • Media planning or buying experience at an ad or media agency is strongly preferred
  • Excel Skills (specifically Pivot Tables are a must)
  • Experience performing quantitative analysis
