Our client, an agency, is seeking a Social/Digital Producer to join the team.

You will report to the SVP, Strategy & Social and responsible to:

  • Support the social team on all entertainment & brand client social media and digital projects (rich media, html5, etc.)
  • Provide daily communication with clients to inform on project schedules & budgets, able to problem solve and quickly pivot and re-prioritizing deliverables based on client needs
  • Scope out and budget projects as they come in, managing the budget through to delivery
  • Able to identify if a project may go off track and bring that to the team's attention
  • Attend daily check-ins to update team on project progress
  • Keep tight schedules on the designers, strategists and copywriters supporting each individual project


  • 3-5 years in a creative agency, with preference on brand focused social media projects
  • Proactive team member to keep things moving along with great written and verbal communication skills
  • Should be extremely organized, process-driven and comfortable managing many projects at once
  • Exceptional people skills in dealing with demanding clients with ever changing needs
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision working off-site in a virtual environment
  • Must be able to work very long hours as needed
  • Successful candidate is professional, friendly, reliable, responsive, and thoughtful
  • Be knowledgeable of social media trends and emerging platforms
