Sr. Business Analyst

Onward  Search is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst  for one of our Travel and Entertainment customers.

You’ll join the Business Analyst team to help migrate from a legacy software.  

This is a 6 month opportunity. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Bachelor’s Degree, with a technology or business emphasis, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience 
• Proven prior experience performing Business Analysis responsibilities and functions
• Experience in automotive marketing is a plus
• Understanding of web application development, database and system design including automated data processing, web service integration, and content management systems
• Experience in various SDLC methodologies, including waterfall, iterative and agile
• Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and all levels of personnel
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude
• Excellent ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
• Experience in creating and modifying SQL scripts and system testing are a plus
