Sr. Environment Artist (Cartoonish and Realistic Needed)

Our hot Game Studio Client is looking for a Sr. Environment Artist to help across various projects with their skills in environment design, modeling, and texturing needs and are currently accepting both Realistic and Cartoon/Fit for all ages styles.

The ideal candidate should be able to make strong, visually impactful environments and push the envelope. Be able to work in an organized way and be self-motivated, while collaborating with other artists and engineers to achieve project goals.

Experience working as an Environment Artist in the past is a must have.

Preferred candidates will have shipped titles on multiple platforms, such as Console, PC, Mac, iOS, Android, or Web.

Primary Job Functions:

• At least 5 years experience in a similar role
• Examples of working on at least one AAA title
• Ability to create environment textures within tools such as Photoshop/Substance Designer
• Ability to create or work off of environment concepts that are both complete and incomplete
• Ability to light a scene based on the design of mood and impact in the game
• Maya and/or Max Understanding
• Zbrush or Mudbox experience is a PLUS
• Ability to do FX is a PLUS
• Ability to concept environments is a PLUS
