Our client, a Consumer Products company, is looking for a Full Time Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing.

Ideal candidate will have direct retail marketing experience in eCommerce (versus managing a retail client through an advertising agency), have experience setting up a robust digital marketing program to scale (SEO, SEM, PPC, display, video, programmatic, social, email, etc.), and experience building a reporting/dashboard system. Candidate must be self-sufficient and be hands-on in running digital marketing campaigns as the team grows.

You will report to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic direction for all digital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with executive leadership
  • Identify acquisition and retention opportunities and drive digital marketing campaigns to grow company's bottom line
  • Set up and manage Paid Search, Social & Display marketing channels
  • Set up the department’s attribution, metrics & reporting processes
  • Work cross functionally to lead and execute digital campaigns with direct mail, eCommerce, etc.
  • Partner to create content strategy and provide data-influenced insights shape company's content creation roadmap
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting/Business, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience of progressive responsibility within digital marketing.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, Social, Display).
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics (e.g. segmentation, attribution, predictive modeling, reporting).
  • Strong understanding of all Digital Media channel and search, social & display advertising platforms (Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Experience managing annual marketing budgets $30MM+.
  • Prior experience to retail, catalog and eCommerce businesses preferred but not required.
